Goals this month: 1600 minutes
That includes cardio 5x/wk, weights/strength 2-3x/wk.
Take off last 5 pounds of Thanksgiving challenge by Thanksgiving

Nov. 1 - walked 30 min, weights/strength 45 min = 75 min
2 - ran 14 min, walked 45 min. = 59 min
3 - ran 18 min, walked 70 min, w/s 40 min = 128 min.
4 - ran 27 min, walked 18 min, biked 40 min = 85 min
5 - 0
6 - ran 27 min, walked 18 min, w/s 50 min = 95 min
7 - ran 18 min, walked 70 min = 88 min
8 - ran 18 min, walked 35 min = 53 min
9 - ran 25 min, walked 60 min, w/s 40 min = 125 min
10 - walked 30 min = 30 min
11 - ran 22 min, walked 27 min, w/s 50 min = 99 min
12 - ran 9 min, walked 50 min = 59 min
13 - 0
14 - walked 25 min
17 - walked 25 min
22 - ran 18 min, walked 102 min = 120 min
25 - ran 14 min, walked 75 min, w/s 55 min = 144 min
26 - ran 14 min, walked 45 min = 59 min

Total so far: 1269/1600 min.
Pounds lost: 1 of 5 (didn't make goal by Thanksgiving )

I didn't make my goal, but I did get in a little more than 1500 minutes this month. Not too bad, I guess...
