Hello Everyone!
My name is Wendy and I am following the Wendie Plan.
I have been for a few months now and doing very well.
Although, I had a short amounts of time where I was unable to stay on plan because I have had 2 surgeries. With both I could not exercise and had to eat what was given to me. I did have a little say in what I ate but It was not cooked the way I would do it. So I have had some slower results.
I was seriously able to get started on May 30th. This was 15 days after my lung surgery. I started at 245 lbs and I am not at 208 lbs. The second surgery was 5 weeks ago and I have been on plan since about 2 weeks after that surgery.
I have lost 37 lbs and 27.50 inches. I have been excited about this plan. I tend to loose 2 pounds a week and a few inches a week. I do Cardio 5 or 6 days a week and I do body sculpting. Sculpting is like weight training but I use "rubber" bands that have different thicknesses which gives me more resistance depending on what body part I am working.
