Hi all! I've been trying to lose weight for.......I seem to have lost count of exactly how many years. I've always been a bit bigger than everyone else. Once I got married and pregnant I got bigger. I've been yo-yo dieting forever it seems. But about 5 years ago, I seriously tried to lose weight. I was successful and lost 50 lbs and gained alot of knowledge about food and exercise. For the last 4 years I've lost and gained the same 10-15 lbs. I have about 40 more to go until my ultimate goal. I'm tired of being fat. I've just started exercising again. But, my diet is atrocious. I here hopefully to find the motivation to get my diet back on track and keep exercising to get me to my goal, as well as chatting with others who know what I'm going through.
hi, i just joined today so i am new also. trying to figure out all this stuff on here. i am 48 yrs. old and a mom and a grandma. i am currently a stay at home and i have found out that can be a big problem diet wise. but i am enjoying being at home. i joined WW. i am in week four and so far i have lost 8#. if you would like someone to talk to i would love to get better aquainted.
Hi there! I sure would love to get better aquainted. I'm a 31 year old stay at home mom of 2. I really think being home all day does make dieting harder. You know, we just moved to IN from TX. Our family lives here. But, I loved TX and being here is a huge, hard adjustment for me. Which is also making it harder for me to focus on diet and exercise. Congratulations on the 8# loss! I know how hard it is to lose even a couple of pounds. Talk to ya soon.
