Monday-- 30 minutes stationary bike = 12 miles
Tuesday-- 10 minutes stretches, 45 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT
20 minutes stationary bike = 8 miles.

Tuesday- 30 min (leslie sansone) walk n jog dvd.
Tues: 5 min elliptical warm-up
strength training circuit
11 off circuit machines

Tuesday--12577 steps
Monday--workout at the gym, mostly free weights. 30 min.

Only had time to do 20 minutes of wts before going out. Better than nothing I guess.

Do you find that you do well with Slim in 6? I am new to the boards and sugar busters, but I purchased Slim in 6 a couple of months ago, but it has just been collecting dust.
