  • Mon: 60 mins treadmill
    70 ab crunches
  • 30 min upper body weights
    30 min slim in 6
  • Monday-- 30 minutes stationary bike = 12 miles

    Tuesday-- 10 minutes stretches, 45 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT
    20 minutes stationary bike = 8 miles.
  • bump!
  • MONDAY... 20 minutes of TM and 25 minutes of wt training
  • Tuesday- 30 min (leslie sansone) walk n jog dvd.
  • Tues: 5 min elliptical warm-up
    strength training circuit
    11 off circuit machines
    60 crunches on ab lounger
    22 mins treadmill
  • Tuesday--12577 steps
    Monday--workout at the gym, mostly free weights. 30 min.
  • You all put me to shame *blushes*

    30 minutes on treadmill avg. 3.0 mph
  • Tuesday. 16 minutes on TM. 30 minutes wt training (lower body).
  • wed: 30 min upper body weights
    20 min slim in 6
  • Wednesday-- Walked 3 miles.
  • Wed...

    Only had time to do 20 minutes of wts before going out. Better than nothing I guess.

    Do you find that you do well with Slim in 6? I am new to the boards and sugar busters, but I purchased Slim in 6 a couple of months ago, but it has just been collecting dust.
