  • Sunday- Walked on treadmill
    Monday- Walked on treadmill
  • Monday- 4 mile WATP
  • Monday: 15 minutes water aerobics
  • Tuesday: 40 minute walk
  • Tuesday- Ramp it Up- strength training
  • Tues.- Walked on TM
  • Tuesday-1 hr ballet
  • Wed. - Walked on treadmill
  • Wednesday- 3 mile WATP- I put a little extra "bounce" into it and sweated it up!
  • Monday, 1 mile on

    Tuesday, 1 mile on

    Wed: 45 minutes at the gym
  • Thursday: 35 minute walk
  • OOps late! Wednesday-2 mile walk!
  • Thursday: 20 minutes of water aerobics
  • Thursday- 2 mile deluxe(a little more intense than the WATP because it has more aerobic moves so you actually reach 2 miles in 25 minutes).
