Looking for a buddy

  • Looking for a buddy to start with me.
    I want to start a diet and exercise program tomorrow.

    I have just started a new job. My hours have changed to be more normal.
    I used to work at night. That really adds to a weight problem- whether you overeat or not!


    5'2" and I weigh 160 pounds.
    I plan to walk atleast 10,000 steps per day.

    Anybody wanna be my buddy?
