Ladies of Shangrala...Sunday

  • For some of us this is the beginning to our new week.

    We have to step on the Metal Monster (I still think we should give it a name!)

    We have to face his music.
    Up? Down? Same?

    Whatever the number remember it is JUST A NUMBER.

    Our goal is health and weight loss is our gift.

    For the new week, whenever it is for you, what are your plans?

    Keeping a journal?
    Eating less of the "not too good" foods?
    Exercising?
    Drinking more water?
    Being happy with ourselves?

    Let's set a mini goal.

    Mine will be to have one fruit a day.

    You really can turn things around.
    You can lower blood pressure and bring down your diabetic numbers.

    Have faith in yourself.

    You CAN and WILL do this.

    Our weekend so far has been like a warm spring day. You didn't even need a coat.

  • I stepped on the metal monster yesterday and I'm down 2 lbs. Yah!!!

    My goal for this week is to eat more fruits/veggies and increase my water intake. I can do it. I will suceed.
