Menu Thread 01/29 - 02/04/05

  • Will start this. It helps me to keep up with what I eat and when!

    01/30/05
    breakfast: 1 slice bread, 1 T pnbutter, 1 yogurt, coffee
    Snack: 15 grapes
    Lunch: 1 sm burger with mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion, diet Dr.
    Pepper.
    Dinner: baked chicken, cranberry mustard, asparagus, hard roll, fruit
    salad.
    8 - 8oz water.

    Breakfast: oatmeal, apple, s.milk,coffee
    Snack: Tea, jello w/cottage cheese, mandrin oranges, pecans

    Lunch: sandwich; 2 slices bread (90), smoked turkey, lettuce, tomato
    zuchinni spears, celery,
    Dinner: Baked fish, salad/no cal dressing, cauliflower, ICBINButter, roll
    banana/strawberries

    Tuesday
    Breakfast: oatmeal, blueberries, s.milk, coffee
    Snack: yogurt smoothie
    Lunch: 1/2 pita pocket filled with ham, cheese, lettuce, tomato,
    no cal dressing, grapes
    Dinner: meat loaf, salad, no cal dressing, green beans, roll
    Snack: graham cracker, s.milk

    B- 1 egg and 1 egg white omlet
    s- bfl bar
    L- 6 inch sub from subway....turkey on wheat tons of veggies!!
    s- none
    S- will eat after weigh in
    I promised my daughter pizza so maybe 2 slices of cheese pizza and a small salad
