breakfast: 1 slice bread, 1 T pnbutter, 1 yogurt, coffee
Snack: 15 grapes
Lunch: 1 sm burger with mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion, diet Dr.
Pepper.
Dinner: baked chicken, cranberry mustard, asparagus, hard roll, fruit
salad.
8 - 8oz water.

Snack: Tea, jello w/cottage cheese, mandrin oranges, pecans
Lunch: sandwich; 2 slices bread (90), smoked turkey, lettuce, tomato
zuchinni spears, celery,
Dinner: Baked fish, salad/no cal dressing, cauliflower, ICBINButter, roll
banana/strawberries
