Exercise: 2 walks today......on my way right now for walk #1 !!
  • My DH just went to Taco Bell for food. So far I haven't really had anything. I told him to get me some nachos, because that's the least offensive thing I can think of!!

Tonight I'll have a big baked potato with my FF sour cream and cheese. I will make him a steak and another baked potato with the regular stuff.

He needs to lose around 75 pounds but I'm not doing it for him. When he's ready, he'll let me know. Until then ... oh well!
  • Update: I'm making a pork tenderloin for dinner; I'll still have my baked potato and salad.
  • Ugh, today was fine until around 3 pm - maybe it was in celebration for the Iowa Hawkeyes, who won the Capital One Bowl with a spectacular touchdown pass in the last few seconds of the game - woo hoo!! (Sorry if there are any LSU fans here, gotta root for my team).

    b: shredded wheat & banana
l: pan-fried orange roughy, broccoli slaw & milk
s: movie theater butter popcorn, a cookie and a baggie of M&Ms from Halloween??!
d: sweet & saucy meatballs (see recipe board) over barley, green beans & milk
I think I'll have a clementine as a snack in a little while.

Gee, when I write it out, it's not too bad. If I could erase the snack, it'd be fine!
