  • Sunday:
    55 min. bike ride
  • Sunday:
    2 hours of softball
  • sunday - weights with dean (trainer) and then 20 mins of cardio... i got TOM yesterday morning so i wasn't feeling too hot.
  • Monday:
    2-mile walk
  • sunday- nothing (little walking around at stores but no real exercise)
    monday- ran 3 miles in 35 minutes
  • Sunday - nothing really -does stressing about blocked plumbing and overflowing dishwashers count?? lol

    Monday walked to and from work (18 mins each way rolling terrain), Pump class (60 mins of high rep weights)
  • Sunday: nothing that I can recall
    Monday: Slim in 6 start it up excercise tape (24 min). Walked to work and back (and home for lunch too) about 6 min. each way through snowbanks and stuff... Took the stairs at work each time too (work is on the second floor, yet I am still dying by the time I get there) Did Slim in 6 pack ab work out when I got home from work (11 min.) Have my resistance band at the computer, so I will probably be working my arm muscles while surfing the internet
  • Monday:
    35 min. upper body weights
  • Tuesday:
    2-mile walk
  • Tuesday:
    10 min. warm-up/cool-down walk
    30 min. run
    35 min. elliptical
    50 min. bike
  • tuesday- 45 minutes circuit training (3 ronds total)
  • monday - 50 mins crosstrainer
    tuesday - off
  • Tuesday: Slim in 6 - start it up excercise video - 24 min.
    Walk to work and back (and at lunch) including taking the stairs at work - about 24 min.
  • Tues:

    30 min on eliptical...2.19 miles
    Weight machines for arms..20 min
  • wednesday- ran 2.6 miles. (30 minutes)
