Tuesday - walked to and from work
Wednesday - walked to and from conference.. effectively 20 mins total
Thursday - 15 mins jog (2.5 km) 5 min fast walk to cool down, 3 sets of abs, speed walk home from the pub in heels!
Friday - walked to and from work, sped walked 2k from work to gym, walked home from gym, plus 60 mins weights (pump class)
Saturday - christmas shopping walking (3k seriously!!) Pump class
