Wednesday - Slim in 6 - Rev it up (48 min of pure torture) I cried during some of it... lol oh and all my usual walkign and stair taking stuff etc...

oh and those a wrestle/tickle fight count for excercise??? lol

Tuesday - walked to and from work
Wednesday - walked to and from conference.. effectively 20 mins total
Thursday - 15 mins jog (2.5 km) 5 min fast walk to cool down, 3 sets of abs, speed walk home from the pub in heels!

Friday:
30 min. lower-body weights

Saturday:
15 min. walking intervals (4.5 mph)
20 min. running intervals (6 mph)
30 min. elliptical

thursday: 50 mins crosstrainer
friday: 45 mins strength training, 15 minutes stair climber, 30 mins arc trainer

Friday - walked to and from work, sped walked 2k from work to gym, walked home from gym, plus 60 mins weights (pump class)
Saturday - christmas shopping walking (3k seriously!!) Pump class
