I've been on Core since Sept., and I LOVE it! I've lost 21 lbs. without suffering too much. I love core because I don't have to right anything down and I hardly ever go hungry. I did WW before when the points program was called 1-2-3 Success, and I was always starving! Looking back, I know it was because I used my points for refined foods and other non-filling stuff. Now I make much better food choices because I have the core food list to guide me.
The hardest part for me is baked stuff like cookies, cakes and pies, especially at this time of the year. Christmas and baking different types of cookies has always been a tradition of mine. The other day I was leafing through my favorite cookie cookbook and crying!

I hardly miss bread or white rice though (I'm Asian so the white rice was hard at first). I have a sweet tooth, and desserts haven't been much of a problem (Thank You Splenda!!).
