Friday Menus

  • B: oatmeal with skim, coffee
    L: Mexican Chicken Soup topped with avocado, ff sour cream, ff cheese
    S: latte (milk serving), orange
    D: more soup, salad, couple ounces of chicken (clean out fridge night)
    S: grapes
  • Boy howdy, don't even ask! What a major meltdown I've had today!!!

    Well, okay. In case you guys want to feel sorry for me, here's what I ate:

    A coke.
    Another coke. (I had to throw the first one away because it was flat.)
    A donut.

    Then got to work and they had ordered pizza. It would be rude to turn it down, of course, so I had a piece. Then another.

    Then another, and another coke.



    I *DID* drink some water when I took my vitamins and daily pills though, so at least all that coke and pizza is getting diluted somewhat. I'll see how this double-throwdown blowout affected me when I weigh in the morning.

  • Vickie, I think today that FOOD is my enemy. I just absolutely have to get tough with myself and buckle down. I can't rely on that old "feed a cold, starve a fever" thing anymore, because any day this cold will be gone. For the time being though, it's still hanging on and I am totally ...

  • You must be getting well. Hubby just recovered from a bad cold that lasted about 10-14 days and he was ravenous when it was over! After all balanced out, he ended up losing weight. So maybe it will happen for you too!
