I was just wondering if anyone knew where in the store I could find polenta? I cant seem to find it anywhere! Thanx

Polenta is corn meal. You can buy Quaker Oats or Albers brand but not Aunt Jemima. It is also sold in tubes already cooked near the organic foods but I'm not a fan of this type. You also have to make sure that the tube doesn't have added sugar.
