I was wondering what time of day do you usually get your workouts in if you do it on a planned schedual?
I do mine the only time I can. 5 AM! I know, that's early.
But it's the only time i can do it without having to worry about the kids (3 1/2 and 13 months!) I just have my 2 cups of coffee and wake up for about 1/2 hour and go! They I feel terrific all day! Soemtimes it's hard to get up and do it but it feels so good and so does the feeling of accomplishment!

and do my work out videos, Can anyone suggest a good way to kick my butt into working out i need to get into shape before i apply. I need to lose 80 pounds and really need the support please
