I'm new

  • Hi Everyone!
    My name is Sherry, I'm 39 and I need to lose around 40-50 lbs. I just recently left another forum and started looking for a new one and I found you! I'm hoping to get alot of support here. I've recently rejoined Weight watchers. I've been going for 2 weeks now. I've always done pretty well w/my exercise. I belong to our rec center and will be starting a spinning class this week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I have 2 children and 1 hubby! .

    I've been reading through things here and it seems to be a good place to be.

  • I exercised at home this A.M. before going to work (mostly because I didn't think I had enough time to make it to the Y, shower and be on time for a meeting). I did part of a WW DVD, followed by free weights and barbells.

    Ate a banana, instant oatmeal with skim and a small box of dried cranberries. Brought 1/2 a sub with extra veggies for lunch. So I am definitely on track for staying OP today--I went way over on points yesterday by having a 2nd slice of pizza. It's hard for me when clearing up after dinnner--usually my husband does it so I won't be tempted. Unfortunately he is out of town right now.

    Tonight I'll chew gum while clearing up. Better yet, I'll have my kids do it!
