Saturday Menus

  • B: Fiber One/milk/banana
    S: cottage cheese/strawberries/cantaloupe
    L: Bean and Steak Soup
    D: Tuna Sandwich (1)
    S: chocolate pudding
  • B: oatmeal made w/ splenda and a approx. 1 TBS peanut butter (2 for PB)
    L: salad made w/ lettuce, tomato, avacado, chicken, FF cheese, hard boiled egg, low-fat dressing (3), orange
    S: sf/ff chocolate pudding
    S: mushed up avacado (faux-guacamole ) w/ a few baked chips (3 for chips)
    D: baked potato w/ FF sour cream, FF cheese and tomato soup
  • I just have to say BLAH after looking at my menu. I had more points than I really realized. "Just a couple here and there" - and they add up!

    Wouldn't be so bad but I have a couple of upcoming things this week that I wanted to save those 35 points for!
  • B- oatmeal with splenda and a little ff milk
    L- left over chicken, bbq sauce to dip it in, ff cottage cheese and spinach (weired huh? lol... I waited too long to eat and had to grab what I could before I went crazy, lol)
    D- crockpot rotisserie chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy and corn. yum!
    S- pumpkin fluff.
