Tuesday Menus

  • Boy am I late today . . .

    B: 2 boiled eggs
    S: yogurt (2)
    L: Core soups
    D: Chili w/couscous w/ff cheese

    Exercise - walked 2 15 minute breaks today
  • no bake cookie -- 5 WPA
    oatmeal with non fat milk

    lunch:
    carrots
    spag bol - C
    cheese - 1
    nectarine

    dinner:
    no idea, something like stir fried prawns with veggies and curry
    artichoke

    snack: ff/sf pudding

    exercise: 40 min treadmill hills
    water: oh sure
  • shredded wheat w/FF milk

    Hearty Tomato Soup
    grapes

    popcorn (possibly)

    lemon chicken thighs
    salad w/dressing (.5 pts.)
    SF FF pudding

    Exercise: 30 min. weight lifting
    2 mile WATP tape
    15 walk with the dog
  • b: cereal w/skim milk and banana
    l: core chili w/brown rice, 2 plums
    d: sirloin steak, corn and green beans
    s: skim milk and danish (6 pts)
  • B: banana (not hungry)
    Snack: Puffed Kumut cereal with FF milk (was hungry later in AM)
    L: FF Vegitarian Refired Beans, Couscous, FF cheddar slices, lots of salsa
    D: Baked potato stuffed with vegetarian chili and veggies. FF SPicy Monteray Jack cheese. Carrot salad.

    Easy carrot salad:
    1 bag shredded carrots
    1 sm can crushed pineapple in its own juice
    1 handful raisins (use less if you want - Not CORE)
    1 Tbsp cinnimon (add more than what you think you should- it requires a lot of cinnimon)
  • B: Oatmeal/toast/milk (1)
    S: grapes
    L: turkey sandwich/milk (1)
    D: salad w/regular dressing/carrots/beans/squash (5 estimated because veggies were flavored with oil,)
    S: cottage cheese/applesauce (hungry when I got home)
  • B: Smoothie and Wheat Waffle (1)
    L: Beef Chili and Steamed Green beans
    D: Fish and Chicken lettuce Tacos w/salsa verde, FF sour cream, black olives, green onions and drizzle of olive oil
    White Wine (2)
    S: Vanilla Smoothie and Baked Peach Oatmeal
  • B- got up too late
    L- eggs, lean ham, hashbrowns
    D- Taco salad
    S- smoothie
