    Steps at school (instead of elevator) with heavy backpack
  • Monday:
    1 hr. golf
    Tuesday:
    50 min. elliptical
  • Wednesday:
    45 min. elliptical
  • Thursday:
    70 min. tennis
  • Thurs and Friday I didn't get a chance to do anything.
    But, this morning I went for a 35 min power walk.

    3.5 miles sunday
    3.5 miles monday
    3.5 miles wedsneday
    3.5 miles saturday
    14 miles for the week
  • LSB - thanks for the hurrah - I've found I really enjoy exercise any more - what a stress reducer!

    KJ - awesome job on the jogged miles this week - you'd be in the next town over by now if you were on the road!

    Saturday: shorter hike & rock climbing (I'm so sore!!)
