But, this morning I went for a 35 min power walk.

LSB - thanks for the hurrah - I've found I really enjoy exercise any more - what a stress reducer!
KJ - awesome job on the jogged miles this week - you'd be in the next town over by now if you were on the road!

Hey girls! Way to go Jenicra, LSB & KJ! looks like you're kickin' some butt out there! Friday: hiking 40 min (15 of that up hill consistently)
Saturday: shorter hike & rock climbing (I'm so sore!!)
