Happy Hump Day

  • Morning all,

    I was down 4lbs last night bringing my weight down to 160... 5bs away from my BBC goal, let's see if I can get there I am pumped and think with sensible eating I should be there or at least very close to there. I have lost 9.5lbs in 6 weeks, not bad, slower than it used to be, but hey I have stuck with it for 6 weeks so I am darn happy about that!


    Anyway, although work talks seem to be somewhere in the right direction, there is a chance we'll end up on strike this fall so I am thinking of getting a PT job until maybe just after xmas. I am not sure yet!

    Oh I actually had plain yogurt mixed with sweetner and vanilla extract this morning, it was good!


    Swim Girl: Don't stress, it happens. Do you have the WW materials? Maybe start mentally rehearsing the unexpected trip to McDs scenerio and say "I will order a grill chicken with a small fries/salad/nothing", or "I will just have a happy meal and eat it slowly"

  • Hey Ali!! AGain, another quiet day...I thought with summer ending more folks would come out and play, but I was wrong!!

    CONGRATS on your loss Ali!! Yay!!!! You canand will make the BBC! (I keep thinking of Austin Powers song "on the BBC"). My goal is slightly modifed...I'll post it on the thread.

    I had WI today...and....I am down 2# even. So, that is good! I was worrying since I did eat all my flexpoints this week with my wedding shower! YAY ME. When I lost the majority of my weight I lost at about 1.8/week avg, so I'd like to aim for that again - it's a good rate.

    WELL back to work. three more hours and lots to get done!!
