Many years ago (this is how my healthfood nutness started) I was diagnosed as hypoglycemic. I haven't had any trouble for years. But I did this afternoon at about 1 pm. It was an awful feeling.
I had been up since about 0730. I'd eaten yogurt, cottage cheese, green beans, golean cereal, coffee and about 1.5 litres of water by then. Not in that order!
I hadn't done any cardio. Just housework
and this http://www.stumptuous.com/program8.htmlweight work-out. But only with ten pounds and I didn't do the abs because I'd done abs last evening.
Any thoughts?
