New to 3FC

  • Just recently found this website and have been lurking for a couple of days.

    I started WW at home on November 18th 2003 and as of this month have lost 37 pounds and reached my goal !!! I wouldn't mind losing a few more pounds but do need to figure out how to go about maintaining when I decide it's time!! So if you have any helpful advice please share!

    Congrats on the weight loss and the accomplishment

    This site is great. As for advice, just keeping doing what your doing. I have been doing WW for many years off and on. What is different this time, I am logging in everyday. It has been such a help to keep me focused. This is my second week logging in. I know I will have more of a loss next week. I have met some great people, with lots of support, caring and great advice.

    I have been OP, moving, and planning everything, thanks to this site.

    When you are at a weight you want to learn to maintain this is what you do:
    The first week add 4 points to your daily target.After one week if you have lost 2 pounds or more then you add 2 more points to your daily target.

    Most members can add 4 points to their daily target and stay within 2 pounds of the same weight. You may also have your Flex Points each week.

    Congrats on reaching goal! That is a real accomplishment!
