Sb Weekly Exercise 7/12 - 7/18

  • Curves - 30 minutes

    Does working in the garden count? I spent 45 minutes picking blueberries, cucumbers, squash and cherry tomatoes.
  • Monday: Slim in 6 (25 min. tape)
    Tuesday: Slim in 6 (25 minute tape) & Ab Scissor (45 seconds x4)
    Wednesday: Gym - 8 minutes eliptical, upper body workout, 30 minutes treadmill

    Also did some running in the pool yesterday afternoon before the storms hit. About 10 minutes worth.
  • Thursday: 25 minute Slim in 6 tape. Will do Ab Scissor sometime today.

  • Monday-- 15 minutes stretches, 38 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.

    Tuesday-- Walked 3 miles with Buddy.

    Wednesday-- Picked Raspberries from 7 am to 9 am.

    Thursday-- Walked 3 miles with Buddy.

    Friday: Gym - 8 minutes eliptical, lower body workout, 30 minutes treadmill
