  • Lima Beans are zero points?
    Tonya - I was surprised to read your journal and learn that lima beans are 0 points under the current plant. I was so used to counting them as a starchy vegetable under older plans - I guess it't the fiber that brings them down to zero points? Hmm... I like them. I think I'll fit them into my menu plan soon, since they don't count for any points these days. What marvelous info I get from snooping into other folks' journals!! Thanks.

    You very well are probably right. I still follow the old plan (since it works for me), and since I don't eat many of them, I always thought they were "0", I better look them up, they are my favorite veggie!

  • I have been 150% off program for the past week, and then some! My clothes are not comfortable, I haven't felt healthy, and it is time to get back at it!
