Thanks everyone for the B-Day wishes...

I have had a great birthday-My Mom sang to me the H-B-D song . she had been doing well and they got her settled into her new place with my Dad.

Eddie gave me a beautiful cross necklace and Cara & boyfriend gave me purse and tickets to the theater.

Things here have been going well....sorry not posted been having a slight problem with the puter and making me mad.

Dee..So glad you are coming to the States for your MRI...been thinking of you.

Everyone else by reading posts see that things have been going somewhat well for everyone and have a good weekend.

remeber my move,we took both cars and filled em up not to mention we moved tween 2-3 am,brian worked 2nds and it seemed endless by myself.

well ive been doing so good,im down 3 more pounds,im 2 pounds away from my first mini goal of 246.
ive been op,drinking my waters and w/o 6x weekly.
i can tell a diff. in my face ,neck and waist,
yesterday i tried on a pair of shorts that usualy are tite round the thighs.
i have so much room now.

this time im a doing it.
im so glad to have such great friends to share my news with.
you guys are the greatest!

Hey chickies - If you haven't seen the documentary "Super Size Me," I highly recommend it. I went and saw it last night and it was fantastic! It will really get you to thinking about how the fast food industry plays to our emotions.

It's a hard movie to find, though. It is only playing at one movie theatre here. (I know it's playing in Nashville, too, but I don't know the name of the theatre.)

im on e-diets and they plan my menus.
its the easiest program ever.
i get lots of food.
they track my cals.ect.
i have been drinking my waters,and am drinking that new c2 coke.
saving me hundreds of calories.
excercing .
i think to that brians on midnites i havent been eating after midnite.
that helps to.
im realy proud of myself.

I hope that you are all having a good weekend. It has finally warmed up. Believe it or not on friday we had a fire in the fire place just to warm us up. Now the air is on. On friday Dez had her commencement. She was on the B honer rolls and she recieved a math award for top marks. After a three hour service we took her out for dinner by the river for ribs and chicken. Her dinner and dance is on tuesday. My baby is all grown up, thank goodness.

Time to smell the flowers. I have some large flower beds with a wide assortment of perenials and annuals. I spend a lot of time with my flowers. Larry has been so helpful with the weeding and moving around the plants. Are any of you into flower gardens? What is your favorite flower in the garden? I have so many favorites that it is hard just to pick one. I love delphineums and lilys, many more too.

We just got a new upgraded computer so I have been down for a couple of days trying to get it up and running & organized. I moved forward in technology from Windows 98 to Windows XP so I am still getting used to it.

Doni: Your doing fantastic. Keep it up girl. You seem to be totally motivated!!!!!!!!!

I can't stay long. I have been sitting about 2 1/2 hours now with my hand in a cup of cold water....I burnt 2 of my fingers pretty bad with some steam off a dish I had in the microwave. It was stupid and my own fault. I know better.. Anyway. I don't type very well one handed and I can only keep my left hand out of water about 30 seconds at a time or the pain is excruiating. But it is better than it was. I couldn't take it out of water over 2 seconds at a time an hour ago. There is already 2 huge blisters forming.

I sure hope it is better my morning or I may have fun at work. I can't imagine sitting at work with one hand in a cup of cold water!!

Anyone know of any good remedies....
