GOALS: Week of June 21 - 27

  • Ok, I need to get back on track with this now that life has slowed way down again! So I'll start us up for the Week!


    1) Drink 96-120 oz of water daily!
    2) Take my vitamins!
    3) No Atkins Bars!
    4) Run 3 days this week!
  • Ok.. 3.5 days under my belt and I am on top of all of them except the running.. but that is doctors orders for now... I still may try tomorrow!
