I say you do what works well for you!

Before I got pregnant with my last son I was doing the exact same thing. I just ate the foods I was suppose to and exercised! And I did great. I went from 193.5 to 159.5 doing it that way then I decided to have another baby. And I just now got back down to that now. I hope you stick with the healthy eating. And I am so glad you are doing so well with the dancing! KEEP IT UP!

I just wanted to tell you I emailed our area chapter to check into another chapter that is local. Like I had told you before, the one I used to belong to was never supportive. But I loved TOPS and think I wanna get back into it. I just love the fact of seeing and reporting my progress. Anyhow, CONGRATS! on getting in the 2 miles! Do you do the 2 mile walk or some of the 3 or 4? How hard is the 4 mi? I want to get it but I wasn't sure. Give me your review!
