  • I told Wayne that I will start taking the time to go back to water aerobics again 3 times a week. I miss it, felt better while going and I was loosing. The painting & moving CAN WAIT an hour while I work-out!!

    Soooooo.....Wednesday night this week I'll be back to working out!!
  • My goal for June is back up to 60 miles. Two miles/day--surely I can do it!

    My goal for myself is to work out at the Y 3 or 4 times a week!!

    After I went by to give Mom her shot and wash and roll her hair...I headed straight to the Y...I walked 1 and 1/2 miles and worked out on the weight machines.

  • I got to the Y this morning!! Two days in a roll, I feel like a fitness expert...LOL.

    Walked 2 miles and worked out on the weight machines. I truely believe these last few pounds will have to be worked off!!
