Worked out at the Y yesterday morning. Walked 2 miles and worked on the weight machines. I'm stilling trying to go 4 times a week, haven't made it yet. I HAVE no excuse either...LOL.

Cheryl I am glad that you are back at it. It is sometime hard to exercise but once you start it is enjoyable. You wonder why you were procrastinating in the first place.

Shelley--the 153 are the miles I've "traveled" so far this year (and I haven't gotten anywhere, yet ) I have 212 to go before I meet my goal of 365. I update that # every 10 miles.
The weight line is different--it's not moving at all. Lost 6, 28 to go. My goal is/was to be at 210# by the end of this year. For some reason I can't get off of the 238 when I weigh each week. I started out at 244.
