I am new to this site. Actually I used to come on here a few years ago when there was about 1500 members but fell off the 3FC wagon. I am an avid weightlifter and competitor but I struggle with staying away from the goodies. Obviously, eating garbage isn't conducive to building muscle or staying trim. It is nice to see a special thread devoted to bodybuilders and the diet issues that go along with that. I am a married mother of 2.
I would like to lose about 10 pounds and keep it off (as opposed to losing it again and again.
It's only 10 pounds, but I could stand to lose it and could easily keep it off if I ate 'clean' 80% of the time, instead of 20% of the time.I look forward to reading the posts on here.

! We have an official LWL greeter - our own
Ilene - but she may be tied up with Easter preparations. Plus she's doing double workouts in the gym for both herself and me, since I'm off for a few weeks.
So I'll say "welcome" - we're so glad you found us.
to lift also. You're definitely in the right spot and I think you'll discover that the eating is the hard part for all of us. We have a weekly thread where we talk about all sorts of things and you're welcome to jump in there and say hi and tell us some more about yourself. Are you currently a competitor? How long have you been lifting?
