Just started sugar busters. Would love a buddy to compare notes with.
I'm 66, married, 2 daughters, 3 grandchildren. One dog, three cats, lots of plants.
Going to Vegas for 4 days, so we'll see how well I stay sugarless out in the great world!

I'm 45 and love Las Vegas, we went to Vegas for Christmas for a week.
not sure what sugerbusters is but I am probably doing a lot of that.
cut all suger out of the diet except I will eat fresh fruit.
I cut all white bread, white pasta, white rice, potatos, and flower tortillas out of the diet and no more white flower or gravy. these things just turn into suger in the body. So now I have (limited amounts) of
brown rice, whole wheat pasta, whole wheat bread, whole wheat tortillas,
and like that, I even fried chicken last week and used whole wheat flower on it but just had one piece. so maybe we are kind of doing the same kind of diet?

Partytime, your plan does sound a lot like Sugar Busters. Sugar Busters and South Beach Diet are very similar to each other, so if you are looking for recipes, check out one of those forums.
