Too much of not good things!
Of course I justified it by saying "it's okay. It was my birthday this day
. And this day I had a meeting. And blah blah blah." Anyway, realizing eating this way isn't going to help me meet my goals, I am starting to keep a food log and track my calorie intake. I feel like if I have to share my log with someone I'm going to be a lot more careful about what I eat.
