I probably don't even have the right to post here yet considering that I am only almost half way to my target weight...and I have to admit that I could be doing better on my weekends. But....
I need this in order to make myself believe that I can do and look what I have done so far?? These are my small sucesses so far...(and some don't include the diet)
1. I have lost 22 pounds.
2. I have exercised more than I have every in my life and I enjoy it.
3. I have went down 2 sizes in my clothing and love the feeling when my clothes don't fit)
4. I have gained the confidence to tell my boss how lucky he is to have me there. (he agreed)
5. I have met some amazing people through their stories and I wouldn't have had I not started this journey.
Those are just a few that I am proud of and I want to hold on to so that I may continue towards my weight goal and not give up just to be back to 187 in a few weeks because I have not gotten to the maintence stage yet. This was really just therapy for me to bump up the motivation that I feel has slipped the past week. It realy helped....thanks
