  • Hi Pennywise

Do you mind sharing your daily food intakes and exercise. I am on a sort Phase 1.5 and haven't lost anywhere near that amount. What are u doing to achieve this?
  • Hi Chick, No, I don't mind, but check out my stats and you'll see that I am tall and very heavy, and I think that has influenced the weight loss. I am on a Phase 1.5 too. I stick pretty closely to the Phase 1 foods, but I have added a little fruit a few times a week and some whole grain bread. Oh, and a glass of wine when I feel like it.
I stick to fish or chicken(maybe 4 to 6 oz.), lean beef maybe once a week and always loads of vegetables and salads. I do eat beans a lot, on salads, in soup. Lots of water which was a big change for me.

As to exercise, I'm arthritic and have fibromialgia which limits my movement to a degree, so I cautiously use the treadmill. I'm trying to work up to 30 min. a day.

I hope all this helps. Let me know if you want more info. Good luck, Jo
