
My goals are:
1. To walk an average of 7km/day- or a total of 175km by April 11.
2. To reach 170lbs.
3. To do one physical activity each week that is not walking. (curling, skating,...)
This week I am experimenting with my pts to see if eating more will help me lose more effectively. If that doesn't work, I will have to try less...:sigh:

Only half a day of school today, then I hope to get in a nap, a walk, some visiting, and some work!!

Thats the kind of lifestyle I want to adopt for life! Right now I am waiting...hopefully I get a call soon to tell me I will be teaching for the next 6 weeks. Keep your fingers crossed for me!!
