I am trying to go more by how my clothes fit than the scale for progress but since I have never been on a diet before or needed to loose weight, I was wondering how long does it take before you start noticing a difference in how your clothes fit?
This is just the end of my first week but I was hoping to maybe feel that my pants were a teeny tiny bit looser around the waist and they are not....lol

) I'm thinking of wearing them to bed tonight to stretch them. I have to go out for lunch tomorrow, and I may need some extra room.
These are pretty good, though. They're a relaxed fit around the waist and hips. I DID fall asleep in them last night (waiting for DH to come home from playing hockey), so they're a little looser this morning.
