It feels good to be back....

  • to a great group!! It's been a couple of months, and I sorta lost track...eating the wrong things...but still exercisin. So starting today I made up my mind that I need to do something. I have been exercising at least 5 days a week...either with my 4 mile tape or 40 minute aerobics tape. So I don't know why I am not losing. So I am back to posting on here and sure am glad to be back! I know y'all can help straighten me out! I even signed up for an aerobics class that meets every Thursday for this semester. This week we do low impact aerobics and then 2 weeks of yoga and then 2 weeks of kick boxing and then 2 more weeks of aerobics. The first class was pretty fun and I was actually able to keep up since I have been doing those tapes at home

  • Hi motts, pleased to meet you. I am new here since you were here before, so I look forward to getting to know you. I like the idea of mixing it up a bit in the class, aerobics followed by yoga etc. I was crap at aerobics when I tried it - lack of co ordination and I chose a class full of weenies who lept around all over the place. I might see if i can find an exercise class where they play some good uptempo classical music. I get distracted by the song lyrics otherwise....
