Backs...

  • Hi everyone,
    I've posted here before but not reguarly...I'm bad I have a question though...does anyone know any good weight training exercises for my middle and lower back? It's weak due to an injury I had a while back and really need to strenthen it up.

    Deadlifts
    Hyperextensions
    Low Rows
    Good mornings

    I KNOW that Mel knows more than I do though!
