Help!!!!!!!!!!

  • Started SBD on Jan. 12 as of Jan 19 lost 7.5 lbs. Now I haven't lost an ounce for 3 days I'm still eating the same have'nt added anything "extra" nor have I cheated, was walking 1 mile now I'm up to two miles, any suggestions I don't want to fail at this. BTW I am drinking the water also.

  • Hey! Rejoice and be glad. More weight will come off in the next week, I'm sure. Your body is just undergoing a re-org! Geez! Having lost 7.5 pounds is NOT failure. Cut yourself some slack, honey.

  • Since you're walking so much you a probably adding lean muscle mass, which weighs more than fat. You should measure yourself, as you may still be losing inches, which is more important than the scale.
  • that is a great loss!! congrats-- it doesn't always come off that quickly. I am at 7lbs since Jan 2nd - so don't give up and you are not failing by any means.
