Good Moring ladies
Well I am just going to admit it...I goofed !!! I ate lots of carbs over the weekend and have no good excuse for it

The only good news is that I only seem to be up 1 pound so I think I can get it off before weigh in...or I am sure gonna try
Tara- I see where you asked the question on combining programs, and I will be honest, so far for me it works great! IF I stick to it
golfer- That one pound may be muscle and if you are doing all that exercise I am possitive that that is it

Trust me keep up the good work and those pounds will definatly follow suit !
lily- I too bought a new scale and it was about 2 pounds more than the old one, and I too like digital scales
