  • Monday - 2.1 miles on the elliptical trainer

    30 minutes of wt training. Started a new routine.

  • Probably 2 miles walking in the woods yesterday, not even terrain.
  • Monday and Tues.- Walked in the campground.
  • Wednesday-- 10 minutes stretches, 33 minutes lower body TBT.

  • Tuesday..
    2 mile walk. Too tired to do wts.

    Wed..
    3 miles walk and 40 minutes of wt training and floor exercies.
