I know it is a dumb name for thread. I'm just really, really excited about my breakfast. Bagels are my fav but they must be toasted and slathered in cream cheese then covered with tomatos. Not the healthiest breakfast in the world so I try to limit myself to having it once a week. Today is the day!!! Woo-hoo!!!
O.K. that's a little pathetic.
Not much going on in my life. Mostly it revolves around the house right now. I did my 3.5 in 52 minutes this morning. 3 minutes more than Tuesday but I only ran .5miles rather than 1.75 so that means my walking pace is significantly faster. Have yoga practice tonight. I'm looking forward to it. My instructor was sick last week and videos are just not the same.
I have tomorrow off from work. I think I'm going to a farmers market to pick up a pumpkin to carve. I also have to run to Target to make my Christmas list - my mom threatened my life - apparently it's over if I don't give her a list by Saturday morning. Hee-hee. Gotta love mom.
If bagels are the worst you eat Laura - you're doing fine! I decided to make a big breakfast this morning - we're talking sausage, eggs, toast, and coffee. It was a rough night! I was going to be in bed early, but ended up going out until 1 ... and had to be at work at 8 this morning... ouch. So I treated myself to breakfast and will definitely be hitting the gym today!
I'm off for the weekend in 1 hour! woo-hoo - hope everyone else has a good one!
