Just saying hi, new to weightlifting, sort of...

  • My new goal is to incorporate upper body weight training every 3rd day (one day on, two days off). Don't plan to stop my biking, this will be in ADDITION to the biking. Yesterday was my first day for this. Found a great book at the library to help me out, and my hubby already had all the equipment, so I have no excuses.

    Weightlifting isn't new to me, I was in track and field in jr high/high school and threw the shot put and discuss (was mediocre, lol). But it's been a long time, so I'm feeling the effects a bit today, but not bad.

    Well, just wanted to pop in and say hi.
