  • 10 minutes stretches, 27 minutes upper body, TBT.
  • Monday..

    30 minutes of wt training and floor exercises. Took me almost hours with all my interruptions, but I got it done.

  • Tuesday-- 10 minutes stretches, 31 minutes lower body TBT.
  • Tuesday...

    30 minuts of wt training and floor exercises.

    Are you lonely over here?

    I got to the gym this a.m. and did 5 minutes eliptical, lower body on weights & circuit and 30 minutes on treadmill.

    Unfortuantely, this will be the only day I will be able to work out this week. DD has been sick and we will be having a yard sale on Friday & Saturday.

    Back to the grindstone next week.

  • Mon: strength training circuit, 2+ niles on the elliptical trainer
    Tues: 1 mile on treadmill
    Wed: stegnth training circuit, 1.75 miles elliptical trainer
  • Thursday-- 10 minutes stretches, 31 minutes lower body TBT.
  • Friday-- 10 minutes stretches, 28 minutes upper body TBT.

    That's it for the week, great workout today!!
