I got to the gym this a.m. and did 5 minutes eliptical, lower body on weights & circuit and 30 minutes on treadmill.
Unfortuantely, this will be the only day I will be able to work out this week. DD has been sick and we will be having a yard sale on Friday & Saturday.
Mon: strength training circuit, 2+ niles on the elliptical trainer
Tues: 1 mile on treadmill
Wed: stegnth training circuit, 1.75 miles elliptical trainer
