  • I started strong! I am starting to exercise even if my ankle still hurts a little bit and it's showing off.

  • I weigh myself almost every day. I’ve been trying to watch what I eat & get in some exercise everyday. Yet the scale has been tormenting me. I will continue to weigh everyday but only “count” it on Fridays, or I do think I will lose my mind.

  • WendyWants2Change: The scale so rarely responds the way it seems like it should. Great idea to pay attention to the once-a-week number. The other trick I've tried is a spreadsheet so that I can look at the trendline over time.
