  • I got a big drop on the scale this morning – the one day that it doesn’t “count” in a monthly challenge. Ha!

    June goal: -1 kg, Weigh 20x

  • With the results I had last month, this month I am going to be ambitious again. I am going to try to lose 4 kg again (8.8 pounds)

    I'm going on vacation on July 15 and I hope to reach 85 kilos before my flight. It's my new motivation. I hope we all get good results.

  • I'm making less exercise this month, too many things to do so I will probably lose less weight this month, but it's still good.

    loss: 3.75lb

    I seem to have lost my month's target amount in 8 days. I guess I was carrying quite a lot of "muscle repair" weight from my sailing - I was really sore though!

    I'm going to keep going & see if I can lose a few more lbs this month. I'm on holiday in France the last two weeks of the month & I'm usually more active when I'm away - I lost some weight there last year in spite of eating mostly cheese.

  • My weight is up a startling amount. I'm blaming a couple of bad days last week. Since I got a drop this morning, I'm assuming that this will take care of itself now that I'm following my plan, again.

  • It's hard to diet if you can't exercise. I have a sprained ankle, so no exercise for me. I also have a hand injury, so I'll need to pray to lose weight
