  • I am a 25 year old male and I do have quite a bit of belly fat. I believe that I weigh over 220 or so pounds and I would like to lose it. I do not live near a gym and my work schedule makes It kind of hard to go during the week. I start work at 7am and don't get home till 5pm usually.   • I would say fast. And the days you are not fasting light heavy weights and eat the amount of calories you need to maintain your current body weight minus 300 calories!
