I know this sounds silly but here goes. I have been on the beach about 8 weeks and lost about 10 pounds. I have loved it from the beginning. I wasn't hungry and felt satisfied. Last week I started a regular exercise routine. This last week I have been hungry all the time. Do I need to reevaluate what I am eating? Is this normal when exercising regularly? Help! My tummy is growling. Thanks for any suggestions and sharing your experiences.

Seriously, listen to your body. You are placing new demands on it with a new exercise routine, and it isn't surprising that your appetite has increased. So reevaluate what you are eating, and make sure you add healthy foods to fill your tummy!
