I decided to go with improved rather than new because becoming new is a whole lot of pressure.
ALL progress is important and worth noting. We are improving each day we wake up and commit to our path toward weight loss and good health!

I still like keeping to my usual goal of 10 lbs down for the month, but I'll be adding just a few extra ounces this month to see if I can get into Onederland! So, I'm going for a total of 10.6 lbs down this month. I struggled and just barely hit the 10 lb mark in December, so I am hoping that January will be a little bit easier without the holiday season interfering. Good luck in January, everyone!

), I’m happy I didn’t have more of a gain. This month I am aiming for a loss of 7.1 pounds to get back to where I was the last time I was here, to drink two liters of water every day , and to keep a careful eye on sodium intake by tracking faithfully with MFP. Also planning to start some new workouts I can do at home without having to go outside and freeze
