    10. 216.8 (+0.8) - Not bad. I was expecting a bigger gain. Last night, I had honey & orange chicken at a Chinese restaurant, saw Alice Cooper in concert then had a chocolate chip cookie at a Subway on the way home. Hopefully this gain is mostly water weight.
    11. 216.8 (0) (TOM) - Ate at Bakers Square for supper last night and had a honey mustard club pita with fresh fruit as a side. I didn't have dessert. Somehow I still managed to be under my calorie limit for the day. I should see a good loss after my TOM is over.

    19. 213.0 (-0.4) - It's official! I've lost over 10 lbs since I started on my journey!! Hope the next 10 lbs go just as fast.
    20. 213.4 (+0.4) - Mom's birthday yesterday - Had KFC & birthday cake. Even though I stayed within my calories, this gain is probably from sodium.

    24. 213.0 (+0.2) - Not sure why I'm not losing. I'm staying on plan - drinking lots of water, staying under my daily calories, measuring/weighing all food, going on daily walks. Hope I get a whoosh soon because this is getting frustrating.
    25. 213.6 (+0.6) - Ate at McD's for supper yesterday - cheeseburger, small fries, chocolate chip cookie. Over calories by 300 for the day - not too bad since I seriously wanted to just give up. Didn't drink much water. This gain is most likely sodium.

    27. 213.6 (+0.2) - WTF! I'm so over this!! I was starving yesterday but refused to cheat even a little because I REALLY want to get under 210 by the end of the month. Why in the he** am I not losing weight? Why am I doing all this work for nothing? If I don't get a whoosh soon, well, I don't know what I'm going to do. I need to lose this weight. I'm going to go cry now.

  • I noticed that my waist measurements don't 100 percent determine where my weight is. I guess there is the bloat factor too. It makes me really curious as to what my weight really was in late April. I'm hoping to see the 130s again his month. I probably won't stay there but I could at least hang out.
